Cancellation Policy

Here at Kissed Hair & Beauty, your appointments and well-being are very important to us.

We understand that sometimes, unexpected events and family matters can occur, making the need for your scheduled appointment/services to be adjusted or cancelled!

 

If however, you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 48hours notice.

 

Our Cancellation Policy:

  • Any cancellation or reschedule made less than 48hours (2 days), will result in a cancellation fee.

  • The amount of the cancellation fee will be equal to the booking fee of the booked salon appointment/service for that day.  

  • Cancellations can be made via direct phone call to the salon, text message, email or via Facebook messenger. However if this booking is not rescheduled, then in this case, the same cancellation fee will apply.

  • If you are more than 20mins late for your booked appointment/service, we may not be able to accommodate your booking. This may also result in us having to shorten the length of your treatment time, with full charges still applied, so as to not inconvenience other booked clients.

  • We will always do our utmost and very best in order to reschedule your appointment/service for another more appropriate time that is available and that is convenient to you.

  • Please note that we will require an upfront payment, to be used as a booking fee, to us to hold your appointment. The remaining amount can be charged on completion of your appointment/service in the salon.

  • ALL cancellation fees will be charged to the payment type/credit card used at time of the booking

  •  In the event of a true, unavoidable emergency, Kissed Hair and Beauty may refund all or part of your booking fee and this  maybe applied to future appointments/services.
