About our therapeutic deep tissue massage
Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic type of massage, which is ideal for helping to relieve sore and tight muscles and joints in after activities such as playing a sport. Unlike a relaxation massage, a deep tissue massage is considered more of a holistic treatment that can address individual areas of the body to help promote natural repair and ease any aches and pains of injuries and strains. A deep tissue massage will help your muscles recover faster and function more efficiently.
Our deep tissue massage therapist is trained in the techniques of this type of specialty massage and will assess your body and talk to you about any specific problems you are experiencing. You may be able to claim your remedial massage through your private health care provider. Deep tissue massage is a therapeutic massage and may also benefit people suffering from chronic neck pain or back pain.

Our deep tissue massage is available by appointment on a Thursday at our salon in the Lockyer Valley township of Lowood. You can see us for regular maintenance massages or for a pre and post competition massage. Your massage therapist can tailor a deep tissue massage to your needs and goals.
You are also welcome to make an appointment for the same visit, for one of our Hair and/or Beauty services. We also offer a relaxing Hot Stone Massage available by appoitment on Thursday only
